Why would I apologize for something I never did, or my ancestors never did, if you disagree email me and I will provide you with my family names so you can look them up yourself. And if I should apologize for something that a member of my race did, should you apologize for crimes that have been committed by members of your race?

I appologize. You happy? No, your not. Even if we appologized, you still wouldn't be happy. Then you'd want billions of dollars in reparations. Still wouldn't be happy. Then you'd wanna rule the world. Still wouldn't be happy. This victimization b.s. is getting to be crazy. Why don't you go over to Europe and request that all the people of Spain, England, and France appologize for their role in slavery? Because you know they enslaved your people right? Why aren't you protesting the Arabs enslaving and killing the black people in Sudan? Al Sharpton and Jesse don't care about black people. They have no idea what it's like to live in the ghetto. They are in their mansions counting there money as we speak. They don't give a **** about black people. Why do black people continually get mislead and fooled by these racists? If I was black I would be demanding that JJ and Sharpton start giving me some of their money that their making off of my own plight.

If all of us celebration, lets make a distinction. It labored for them getting Imus off the air, we may be able to do an identical!!

and let's not forget that it was your own race who sold their kind as slaves, so who should be to blame?
I don't get all this uproar about imus saying those words...if your gona attack anyone why not attack the source go and attack all the rap artists that have made it so mainstream to use the word h and b like is a good thing same with the n word..
African Americans are the only race who use such terms to speack about one another or their women.. I don't recall white americans refering to each other as hey cracker like is a term of enderment.. same with hispanics never heard each other refer to them as beaners or any other racial word like is a way of saying hello.
i mean it has gotten so acceptable to hear it in every rap song or comedy show or movie that why now get upset about other people using those terms obviously doesnt bother the race too much if it's been allowed for so long. so why now attack this man if you think about is really unfair

After 200 years of slavery that ended in the 1860s
followed by
One hundred years of JIM Crow laws of separate but unequal facilities
followed by
40 plus years of REQUIRED AFFIRMATIVE ACTION because we were disenfranchised??
We are still victims of FALSE IMPRISONMENT AND RACIAL PROFILING BY POLICE
You got a lot of apologizing to do. Start with us for asking this question without acknowledging the wrong.

I am absolutely sickened that Imus got fired and that Sharpton called for his firing. That man didn't have a real job for years, he is making MILLIONS off of poor black people-
What Imus said is something that is said many times over on shows like the Wendy Williams show--where she makes racist comments continually but nobody says ANYTHING. Because it is okay for black people to be racist but white people get accused of being racist just for blinking their eyes the wrong way at black people.
And to Eruydice, are you fkng serious? Why in the world would I apologize for something I wasn't even born during? Even if my family participated in slavery, I would still not owe an apology--that has nothing to do with me. That is NUTS! Were you even alive during that time period? If not, you are not deserving of an apology.
