It seems to me that the real kool aid drinkers work for this news network.

Yes you're right. Hitler, Stalin, Mussolini and Mao would be proud of the job Fox News has done on indoctrinating jingoistic goose-stepping mindless nationalism into the hearts and minds of the American people. And it's about as 'fair and balanced' as Joseph Goebbels' propaganda for the Nazis and the Pravda ministry of the Old Soviet Union.

It's certainly right wing, yes, but I think a lot of the problem with Fox News is in it's general style- it's so shouty and in-your-face, with the US flag in the corner of the screen all the time. It's a complete contrast to BBC News 24, where it's calm, clear, serious and informative. It's almost how I would imagine the Daily Mail(UK tabloid newspaper) would be if it were a TV channel, with screaming headlines such as "ASYLUM SEEKERS/TERRORISTS/EUROPE/TONY BLAIR IS DESTROYING OUR WAY OF LIFE". I think there are variations in quality and bias of journalism whatever media you look at, each company is going for it's particular market, with the exception of the BBC which has to serve everyone because everyone in the UK pays for it via the TV licence.

The same Chris Matthews that gets a shiver up his leg when he hears Obama speak (gag), that is the creepiest statement that I have ever heard from a "political commentator". If you think Matthews is not sporting talking points for Obama then you haven't been watching Hardball. Never use MSNBC as a news source if you want folks to pay attention. The moderate to conservative have ONE media source and the left can not STAND that it is such a popular source for news.

Fox news may be considered right wing if you are comparing it to most of the main stream media we are practically force fed daily. CBS, NBC, and ABC are filled with Bush hating liberals who seem to take an un-settling glee at each opportunity to bash the United States. I mean, come on. Don't you think these people would be absolutely giddy if civil war were to break out in Iraq? And that's just one example. Don't even get me started on the traitorous NY Times

They are a little right winged, but that simply balances out all of the other liberal media networks.

Right wing, yes... but I think they are more entertainment than news... same for all the other stations.

BTW.. O'reilly is the Jerry Springer of cable news.

They are the only station I trust to give me the truth about what is hap penning in the world. They cover both sides of the story and give their opinion on what they believe is right and most all the time I have to agree with them . FAIR AND BALANCED

It's a nice balance to the Pinkos on the other networks. Someone's gotta take the other side right or wrong. That voice needs to be heard.

Pretty far right. Most American media is middle to slightly right (that whole "liberal media" thing hasn't been true for decades, since most of the media is now corporate owned and mostly exists to make cash).

If they were fair and balanced, would they have to keep telling viewers that?

Was "A bunch of krap" an option? I didn't see it listed above.

That would be my choice.
