A good role model for you would be Becky Quick on CNBC. Smart, quick witted,a wonderful voice and of course being incredible pretty. How she can look so beautiful and perky at 5:00am everyday makes most women hate her,or admire her.

Not your average eye-candy female at all. Read her life story so far about her days at Rutgers and her job on Wall Street that got her the anchor job at squawkbox.

It is a good story and I really think a female role model for all young girls. Just watch the show in the morning and see the incredible respect she gets from all the men-and how she handles all that beauty with style and grace that very few women have.

ps-I think all the male guest she interviews are scared to death of her-I know I would be.

I don't see Charlie Gibson going anywhere. His original predecessor, Peter Jennings, worked almost up until his death. He's worked all his life to get to where he his today, so why should he quit when he turns 70? As for Katie Couric, I don't watch NBC evening news, so I would no nothing about the other anchors in the morning or evening.
