As i watched CNN, BBC, Bloomberg, i found out that it is difficult to find a news concerning Canada, economically, politically, weather, business etc. Why is that so? There is no CBC or CTV here in the Philippines. my question is why CNN, BBC, Bloomberg journalists do not include Canada of their headlines? does it mean there is no significant thing happening there? or Canada just belong to other useless countries in the world? i'm wondering why those journalists exclude Canada, without doubting the clash in South Africa or whatsoever country which i think is less valuable.

I suspect the issue is that, no offence intended to Canadians, Canada just isn't a big player on the world scene. Canada just seems to mind its own business and get on with life. So, what happens in Canada is less likely to impact the rest of the world than what happens in the US, Russia, China, Britain or any other more actively influential country. As a result, a Canadian story needs to be 'bigger' than one about the US, for instance, to make it onto the international news.

And please don't get offended Canadians, I'm not insulting you or your country, just stating an opinion on influence in the world.

the respond is easy. ninety 9% of the time there is not any money in broadcasting thoughts approximately Canada. the US information media is extremely commercial meaning that they often in basic terms broadcast thoughts that income them or their company backers/sponsors/be sure companies. by way of fact of this lots of the information approximately Canada is activities appropriate. there is money in that by way of fact of pay in line with view and activities channel subscriptions and group sponsorship. in case you choose information approximately Canada why not in basic terms post a satellite tv for pc dish and music it into the loose Canadian channels? Or use the internet.
